Before you get in touch

• Bought a programme and cannot access it? Check your spam and promotions folders first, then send us your order number and we will restore your access straight away.
• Booking a 1v1 session? Purchase the session first, then we will confirm a time with you by email.
• Asking about a speed clinic? Tell us the athlete's age and sport so we can point you at the right session.
• Enquiring about Platinum? Include the athlete's name and age, sport and current level, current training set-up, what you want to achieve and by when, and any injury history.

Rescheduling

Coaching sessions can be moved at no charge with more than 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours the session fee is forfeited. Clinic places are final but can be transferred to another participant if arranged with us beforehand. Full detail is in our Refund and Returns Policy.
